Recovering from a pandemic and looming uncertainty has led small businesses and consumers to wonder how to adapt. Our roles as marketers are to build trust in times of uncertainty by relating to the stories of those we serve and connecting them with the solutions they need. Through this workshop, Social Assurance’s CEO, Ben Pankonin will share strategies and methodologies to help build trust with storytelling, increase brand effectiveness with new mediums like Tiktok, Reels, and paid ads, and demonstrate opportunities to be a content creator team of one when you simply have to be the one to tell the story.
