Social Assurance is a SaaS (Software as a Service) company providing compliant content management and community engagement software and services to regulated industries. We are looking for a Marketing Intern for our banking and financial services division, which is one of our three core markets: financial services (Social Assurance), education (Class Intercom), and government (Social Assurance for Government).
Our internship program gives students a seat at the table, working on real projects with opportunities to build an impressive skillset and portfolio. The Social Assurance Marketing Intern should have strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. We’re looking for a hard-worker and quick-learner who is eager to dig in.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include:
- Planning and creating social media content
- Developing marketing and sales materials
- Supporting creative projects and campaigns
- Compiling and analyzing campaign data
- Assisting with event and conference logistics
- Helping with office and client-related initiatives
Key Qualities & Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (business, marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, psychology, finance, or related field)
- Self-starter, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with and interested in social media channels (e.g. Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Interest or experience in SaaS (Software as a Service), financial services, EdTech, and/or the public sector a plus, but not required

Projected Total Compensation: $15.00 per hour
