Social Assurance builds engagement, communications, and compliance software for industries subject to complex regulatory oversight. Its family of brands includes Class Intercom, Community Spark, and MindMixer and serves clients across banking and financial services, education, and government.

The Graphic Designer produces visuals and design work across all channels for multiple brands. This role will collaborate with other designers, project managers, and content creators on the creative and client services teams to execute on the design and layout of various brand elements, client deliverables, and other visuals. The successful candidate is confident designing according to brand styles and guidelines. They are capable of producing sophisticated and refined design work on deadline. They have a developing aptitude for providing constructive feedback to other teammates (including designers and non-designers) and are able to work both independently and collaboratively when necessary.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

  • Produces clean, sleek, and effective design work for Social Assurance’s brands and clients.
  • Works on a broad range of designs, including but not limited to: Social media content, websites, merch and hard goods, demo decks, sales aides, client campaigns, presentations, digital ads, and more.
  • Collaborates with other designers and members of the creative team to build and manage asset libraries.
  • Works with the communications manager to help align broader strategy, especially social media and website content, with corresponding visual elements of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Tracks and analyzes key social media metrics to determine what’s working and what’s not and refine social content strategy and execution accordingly.

Background and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, art, communications, AdPR, media, journalism, or related field
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Experience working on creative teams or in fast-paced editorial or agency environments
  • Exposure to or interest in SaaS operations, education, banking and finance, or government a plus, but not required
