Are you wondering what goes on in the Social Assurance workshop? We have several teams working behind the scenes on the platform and services that help take your financial brand to the next level. Learn more about the stations that make our workshop run below.
To have a running machine, it must first be built. Our developers are here to give it a helpful tilt.
At this station, our machines and processes are built and tested until we’re ready to roll out any new platform or app updates. This team also manages the overall user experience to make sure we’re providing products our customers love. If something goes wrong, our developers are here to help us get to the bottom of it.
Content Writers and Designers
Our writers develop copy to keep your financial brand in the know; our designers finish it all up with a branded bow.
The content team is responsible for all copy and graphics for clients and our brand. From social media posts to contest graphics and blog posts (like this one), all content creation happens here. Our content team also works with our custom content clients to create and facilitate their Facebook and other social pages, driving engagement and likes to their page through consistent content and campaigns.
Marketing and Sales
When financial brands are in search of a process that’s better, we share how Social Assurance can help them work more efficiently together.
From understanding financial brands’ compliance pain points to discussing how a content calendar can help them get started on social media, our marketing and sales team works directly with financial brands to understand the value of our product and services.
